It's a lib arts college so I am guessing that it's at least a 3/3.
Actually, many liberal arts colleges, especially if "top-tier," have a 3-2 teaching load... But I'm not sure about Smith in particular.
The teaching load at Smith, and for this job is 2-2.
They are down to 20 candidates.
